How to Restore Pokemon Go HP?

If you’ve recently been in a battle and one of your Pokémon is injured then it’s time to use some items. You can collect these items and more by visiting PokéStops.

If you want to restore your Pokémon’s HP, hit the PokéBall icon near the bottom of your screen. Once you have selected the strength of the potion you require, you’ll be led to the menu showing your injured Pokémon’s HP. Now, just tap on the Pokémon to restore its health.

The potions collected may replenish from 25% to 100% HP depending on the potion type you’ve used on a Pokémon. When you reach higher levels, you may have to use more than one potion to heal the injury.

If your Pokemon’s HP has already reached zero and it has fainted, you can only use Revive to bring them back to life. Using a Revive item will restore 50% of the fallen Pokemon’s maximum HP.
